Diana Rogers and Barb Nichols, representing the High Schools that Work (HSTW) and the Making Middle Grades Work (MMGW) Ohio Networks, recently presented two banners to the faculty to recognize both Loudonville Junior High School and Loudonville High School as Top Performing Schools in the HSTW/NE Ohio Region.
Loudonville Junior High School received the 2016 Making Middle Grades Work (MMGW) Top Performing School Recognition for exceeding all schools nationally on the Southern Regional Education Board (SREB) 2016 MMGW Student and Teacher Surveys. Results indicate LJHS students believe the school places intensive emphasis in the areas of: Science Curriculum, Engaging Students in Science, and providing all students with opportunities to receive Extra Help.
Loudonville High School is the 2016 HSTW Top Performing School in the NE Ohio Region. This recognition is based on the performance of the Class of 2016 on the national HSTW Student Survey. LHS exceeded all schools nationally and is the top performing school in the HSTW/NE Ohio Region in placing an intensive emphasis on providing all students with opportunities to receive Extra Help.
