Free Immunizations Offered for Upcoming 7th and 12th Grade Students

L-P Schools have partnered with Health Heroes and will offer a free on-site vaccination clinic at the Budd School and Loudonville High School for all incoming 7th and 12th grade students for the 2021-2022 school year on Tuesday, May 11, 2021. Health Heroes specializes in on-site vaccination clinics providing no out-of-pocket expense to students, parents, and schools.  Medicaid and private insurance is billed, but parents and students will not be billed for any expenses or deductibles.  Qualifying uninsured students can also receive the vaccine free of charge. 

Vaccine types to be administered will be: 

Tdap-Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis: upcoming 7th graders and any current 7th grader still needing

MCV-Meningococcal ASWY:  upcoming 12th graders and any current 12th grader still needing

If you would like your child to participate, please completely fill out the consent form given to your student and be sure to sign it.  The form needs to be returned to school by Thursday, May 6, 2021, to secure a dose for your student.  You must fill out all the insurance information.  If you do not have insurance, please mark the correct box.
