Welcome to REDBIRD country!  If you are moving into the District and would like to enroll your student(s) in the Loudonville-Perrysville Schools please follow these steps:

1. Log onto Final Forms, set up a parent and a student account and complete the required student forms. Click HERE to access Final Forms.

2. Phone Bev Bilger in Central Enrollment to set up an enrollment appointment. 419-994-3912 option 4. Appointments are available Monday-Friday, 8:00-3:00, located at the C. E. Budd School, 210 East Main Street, Loudonville. Appointments are approximately 30 minutes.

   a. Bring to the appointment: students birth certificate, immunization records, custody/guardianship documents (if applicable), proof of residency and your photo ID.

   b. If your student has Gifted or Special Education needs please bring the most current documentation.

Open Enrollment Information

To open enroll your student for the 2024-2025 school year, please click HERE to complete an enrollment application. Applications must be submitted no later than June 1, 2024.

2024-2025 Kindergarten Registration Information

Registration for 2024-25 kindergarten students in the Loudonville-Perrysville School District will begin Friday, March 1, 2024.  Your child must be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2024, to enter kindergarten.  To help guide you through the process please read the following information.

The first and most important step is to complete the Final Forms registration (please note: the registration window will not be active until February 26, 2024.)  For instructions to complete Final Forms, click HERE.

After completing Final Forms, please contact Mrs. Bev Bilger, Enrollment Coordinator, at 419-994-3912, option 4 to schedule an appointment to complete the enrollment process.  Be sure to bring the following documents to your appointment as required by state law - your state ID or driver's license, child's birth certificate, current proof of residency (rental agreement or utility bill), a complete copy of adoption or custody document, if applicable, and your child's immunization record.  State law requires immunizations must be completed by the first day of school. Your child must also have a physical examination before entering kindergarten.  To download an exam form, click HERE.

Kindergarten Orientation will be held Friday, April 26 at the Zion Lutheran Church, 222 East Main Street, Loudonville.  Orientation is designed for both the parent and child and will last approximately one hour. Mrs. Bilger will set up your child's appointment during your enrollment visit. 

Oftentimes, parents wonder if their child is ready for kindergarten.  Your child should be physically, socially and emotionally ready to start the school year.  The Ohio Department of Education has provided a helpful guide to make the transition to kindergarten as smooth as possible.  Click HERE to view their guide and for more information.
